Chef 1 - Italian Cuisine: Danny ToninDanny Tonin, aka Dannypasta, is a third-generation hospitality expert deeply rooted in his family's pasta-making legacy. Since 2008, he's served as Head of Product Development and General Manager. Dannypasta has graced the airwaves, featuring on the 774 ABC Drive show and 3AW food segments. Known for collaborating with Melbourne's celebrity chefs and major events, he extends his culinary passion to charitable efforts, partnering with St Mary's in St Kilda to support women and the underprivileged.

Chef 2 - Pattiserie: Hari Unterrainer (Crown Melbourne Executive Pastry Chef)Hari Unterrainer, has worked in prestigious Hotels and Resorts across the world. He grew up in Lienz, Austria, and has more than 30 years of culinary experience. His early pastry influence came from his mother, as she made simple but tasty home-style cakes and the best apple strudel in his hometown! He loves working with good dark chocolate and has now found a new passion for plant-based cooking and baking with Australia's good vegan milk chocolate.


Anne Fildes – FacilitatorAnne has 30-plus years of professional experience in Change Management, Facilitation, and Program Design. Her WHY is to inspire people to see possibilities so they can learn, grow, and change for good. She does this through Connecting, Grounding, Uplifting, and building empathy for her clients and stakeholders.

Salvation Army – FacilitatorProvides free therapeutic and financial counselling services in Australia.
